Terms and Conditions for CPixels
This Terms of Use sets forth the Agreement between you and CPixels. (“we” or “us” or “Company”) regarding your use of our web service and mobile applications, specifically including each the “Service”).
Please read this Agreement, because it contains important information about your content (that you own), how information is shared between Hosts and Members, our limitation of liability to you, and your agreement to resolve any disputes by individual arbitration.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the CPixels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the CPixels Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2.2. Registration: To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.3. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
3. Content and User Conduct
3.1. User Content: Users are solely responsible for any content they upload, transmit, or share on the Platform. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content.
3.2. Prohibited Conduct: Users agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or any applicable laws. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, data mining, harassment, and infringement of intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: The Crypto Pixel Platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and its content are owned by CPixels.
4.2. License: By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall CPixels be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the CPixels Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
